Cayman Islands News, Articles and InformationAction packed Beach Volleyball TournamentPerfect weather on Saturday 1 July greeted the second X107.1 beach volleyball tournament of the year. The Twin Spike 2 Beach Volleyball Tournament, held in conjunction with the Cayman Islands Volleyball Federation (CIVF), saw almost non-stop action from the start at 9.00am with teams competing for the Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Fours.Sand flew and the balls were lofted into the clear blue sky as the players made the most of the conditions. All received free X107.1 X-Packs filled with prizes, refreshments, plus the opportunity to win great prizes. Other event sponsors included Black Pearl, BrightStaff, B52 Energy Drink, Calico Jack's, Designer Sunglasses, De Sunglass Man, Fiji Water, Home Gas Ltd, Island Companies Ltd, Michelob Ultra, Oakley, and Signs Of Paradise. |
